Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) rely heavily on cross-border payments to sustain and grow their businesses. Many of them still face complex, time-consuming, and opaque digital payment experiences. Existing platforms often focus on functionality and compliance but overlook usability, accessibility, and emotional reassurance factors that build trust and confidence in financial transactions.

Solution

To address the challenges faced by SMEs in managing cross-border payments, the new MoneyMatch digital platform is designed as a customer-centric, intelligent, and seamless experience built through a design thinking approach that prioritizes user needs at every stage.

Task 1: Ask user to walkthrough the edit widget function in dashboard.

Insights

  • Many users did not know to select edit widget function to view the dashboard features.

  • Some users did not want to remove the widgets as they prefer all the features to be shown in the dashboard.

  • Add new beneficiary form is lengthy and prefer favourite option

  • Users still wants to review the beneficiary form after filled in.

  • Users thought invoice can be reviewed after uploaded.
